Farnham Town made history on Saturday as they completed a 38-game unbeaten Invincible league campaign.

The Combined Counties Premier Division South champions completed their league campaign in style with an emphatic 7-0 win at Tooting & Mitcham United.

The comprehensive victory was Town’s 35th win from their 38 league games, and completed an unbeaten campaign which included three draws.

Farnham are the only team in the top ten tiers of English football to go through the league season unbeaten.

Town achieved 108 points out of a possible 114, scored 130 league goals and had a goal difference of plus 111.

Farnham’s main objective at the start of the season was to win the Combined Premier Division South title and promotion to Step 4 – which was sealed with nine games to spare.

Goalkeeper Pat Nash kept his 31st clean sheet of the season in all competitions on Saturday.

Farnham enjoyed record-equalling runs in the FA Cup and the FA Vase this season.
